FlexStream™ Generator System

Description

The FlexStream Generator System is a modular platform for producing accurate, trace-level gas calibration standards. It utilizes KIN-TEK Trace Source permeation tubes, available for over 550 different chemicals, to generate concentrations ranging from percent levels down to parts-per-trillion. System operation centers on a precision oven with tight temperature control (to 0.01 °C), ensuring stable emission rates from the permeation tubes. A typical system starts with a base module, which provides primary gas dilution across a flow range of 0.5 to 10.0 standard liters per minute (slpm). Operation is managed through a front-panel color touchscreen interface; users input a desired concentration, and the system automatically calculates and sets the required parameters. The modular architecture permits expansion with auxiliary oven or humidification modules, allowing the creation of complex, multi-component or humidity-adjusted gas mixtures. The system's approximate dimensions are 7 x 20 x 13.5 inches (18 x 51 x 34 cm).
