FlexMixer™ Multi-Gas Blending/Diluting System

Description

The FlexMixer™ system is designed for the precise blending and dilution of gases. It can accept up to four separate gas inputs, which may be pure component gases or pre-mixed cylinders, and combine them into a single output stream. Flow control is managed via software installed on a connected computer, offering both manual operation and automated programming for creating complex concentration profiles. The system operates within a flow rate range of 0 to 5 standard liters per minute (sLpm). Primary applications include generating calibration standards for gas analyzers, diluting high-concentration gas sources, and supplying specific gas mixtures for research purposes. The software includes a library of pre-configured gas parameters and allows for custom blend definitions. Integrated safety features include automatic shut-off. The unit has dimensions of approximately 11.5 inches wide by 9.63 inches deep by 6.25 inches high, contributing to a relatively portable footprint.
