FlexiVap Work Stations are nitrogen evaporation systems used to concentrate liquid samples by removing solvents or water. They are applicable in various fields, including environmental organic analysis, petroleum testing, food chemistry, forensic science, and general research requiring solvent reduction. A central component is a manifold that holds standard vial sizes, with individual ports that can be manually opened or closed using knobs. This allows for selective nitrogen flow to specific samples, which can help conserve gas. Depending on the model, these stations can handle sample loads of up to 24 EPA vials or 48 standard vials. Some configurations are equipped with digital temperature controls capable of reaching 100°C. The systems are noted for their compact design and operational efficiency.
