Manufactured by Verder Scientific, the FHC 3 Zone Tube Furnace (catalog FHC 3) is a high-temperature furnace featuring three independently controlled heating zones. This configuration allows for the establishment of precise temperature gradients along the length of the reaction tube. The furnace reaches a maximum temperature of 1350°C. It supports multiple operational atmospheres, including oxidizing (air), various inert environments (using nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, or CO2), and vacuum. The unit can be installed horizontally or vertically. Compatible tube capacities include 9.5, 7.1, 4.8, 3.8, 2.5, and 0.98 liters. The three-zone design provides enhanced thermal profiling control for processes requiring defined heat zones, while the furnace is built for reliable and stable performance over time.
