Description
The FastGene qFYR Plus is a real-time PCR instrument for quantitative nucleic acid analysis. It utilizes a 96-well block format and supports rapid thermal cycling with heating and cooling rates reaching up to 6°C per second. The thermal block operates within a range of 4°C to 100°C and is paired with an automatic, electronically controlled heated lid. The system enables multiplex detection through six independent fluorescent channels. It is designed for applications including gene expression analysis, genotyping, high-resolution melt (HRM) analysis, and pathogen detection. Accompanying software provides data analysis tools with specific utilities for interpreting HRM curve data.
