Description
Configured specifically for next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, the F.SIGHT OMICS dispenser isolates single eukaryotic cells into 96- or 384-well PCR plates. This facilitates the miniaturization of downstream reactions for genomic and proteomic analyses. Cell sorting is achieved through brightfield image analysis combined with fluorescence detection enabled by a 488 nm laser. An integrated Automated Offset Correction function ensures cells are delivered to the center of each well to enhance process reproducibility. The instrument has a compact footprint, measuring 635 x 400 x 282 mm (WxDxH). It is intended for use in advanced single-cell analysis workflows, including transcriptomics, proteomics, and multiomics, where the accurate isolation of viable, individual cells is a foundational step.
