Description
The F.SIGHT 2.0 is a compact benchtop instrument engineered for the high-speed isolation of individual cells into microplate wells. It employs a microfluidic dispensing mechanism to process cells measuring between 5 and 40 micrometers in diameter. A defining characteristic is its dual-camera imaging setup, which performs concurrent brightfield and fluorescence analysis at full resolution, facilitating the sorting of both unstained and fluorescently labeled cells. Designed for efficiency, the system can fill a 96-well plate in roughly two minutes and a 384-well plate in approximately eight minutes. Its dimensions are 635 mm wide, 400 mm deep, and 282 mm high, making it suitable for laboratories with limited bench space. This device is applicable in workflows demanding rapid, high-throughput single-cell isolation, such as those involved in cell line development.
