Description

This transfection kit utilizes lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology to facilitate the delivery of RNA into cells for research applications. The protocol is designed for simplicity, described as a 'mix and go' procedure that does not require specialized equipment such as microfluidic devices. Preparation of LNP-RNA complexes is reported to take less than one minute. The formulation aims to achieve efficient transfection with low cytotoxicity, suitable for both in vitro and in vivo studies. It is reported to support high levels of protein expression while potentially minimizing inflammatory responses and injection-site reactions in animal models. The kit is compatible with various RNA types. Available configurations include a basic set with one vial of LNP reagent and one vial of RNA buffer, as well as options with larger volumes and additional buffer vials.
