Description

Designed for use inside controlled atmosphere chambers, this orbital shaker from OHAUS separates its operational components. The shaking platform is intended for placement within environments like CO2 incubators, where it can withstand up to 100% humidity. A remote control module attaches magnetically to the chamber's exterior, allowing parameters to be adjusted and monitored without opening the internal environment. The unit provides an orbital shaking motion with a speed range from 15 to 500 revolutions per minute and can support a maximum load of 16 kilograms. Control is managed via a microprocessor and a dual-sensor Accu-Drive system, which aims to maintain precise speed and ensure a safe ramp-up to the target speed. The external interface features a touchpad with separate LED displays for speed and timer settings. The shaking platform base measures 355 millimeters in width, 294 millimeters in depth, and 149 millimeters in height.
