ExionLC AE system

Description

The ExionLC AE is an analytical-scale ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) system. It delivers precise flow rates across a broad operational range, from 0.0001 mL/min to 10.0000 mL/min. The maximum pressure capability depends on the selected flow rate: it can reach 15,200 psi at flows up to 3.0000 mL/min, 11,600 psi for flows between 3.0001 and 5.0000 mL/min, and 3,190 psi at the maximum flow of 10.0000 mL/min. The system is controlled by the SCIEX OS software, which also facilitates integration with SCIEX mass spectrometers for combined LC-MS analysis. It is designed for high throughput, with an injection cycle time of seven seconds or less. Available detection modules include UV-VIS and photodiode array (PDA) detectors. This instrument is intended for quantitative and qualitative analyses where reproducible performance and compatibility with mass spectrometry detection are key requirements.
