Excimer Laser Partial Reflectors / Beamsplitters

Description

These optical components are partial reflectors and beamsplitters coated for use with excimer laser systems. The multilayer dielectric coatings are characterized by very low absorption, making them suitable for high-power laser applications. Common uses include serving as laser cavity output couplers, beam attenuators, and for general beamsplitting purposes. Coatings can be customized to achieve specific transmission values, typically ranging from 10% (±2%) to 90% (±5%), and are calibrated for precise performance at the designated laser wavelength and angle of incidence. Standard beamsplitters are designed for use with randomly polarized light, but components optimized for specific linear polarizations (S or P) are available upon request. The substrates can be supplied with optional antireflection coatings on the non-coated surfaces to further improve overall transmission efficiency.
