Description
This product line consists of high-power mirrors specifically engineered for use with excimer laser systems. The mirrors utilize multilayer dielectric coatings to deliver high reflectance at standard excimer wavelengths: 157 nm, 193 nm, 248 nm, 308 nm, and 353 nm. A critical design focus is achieving a high laser damage threshold, which promotes longevity and reliability under intense ultraviolet irradiation. These optics are suitable for beam-steering and normal-incidence applications. Princeton Instruments maintains an inventory of standard mirrors for prompt delivery. Custom manufacturing is also available, either on the manufacturer's standard substrates or on optics supplied by the customer, with volume production options offered. Typical applications for these mirrors include systems used in ophthalmological procedures like LASIK, semiconductor lithography and inspection, and various industrial materials processing tasks.
