This accessory set enables precise temperature regulation for samples analyzed within compatible Thermo Scientific Evolution series spectrophotometers. Utilizing Peltier thermoelectric technology, the system controls sample temperature from 0°C to 110°C with a precision of 0.1°C. The integrated Peltier design offers a more compact and straightforward alternative to external heater/chiller circulators, with the added benefit of faster temperature transition rates. The kit comprises a Peltier control and cooling unit, a single cell holder that installs into the instrument's sample compartment, and the required connection tubing and cables. It is designed for use with the Evolution 201, 220, 260Bio, and Evolution 300 spectrophotometer models. This accessory is intended for analytical procedures where maintaining a stable temperature or executing controlled temperature ramps is necessary to achieve accurate and repeatable spectroscopic results.
