EVOLUTE® PFAS Solid Phase Extraction Columns

Biotage's EVOLUTE PFAS columns are specialized solid phase extraction devices for isolating per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances from environmental matrices. These columns employ a weak anion exchange sorbent of high purity, and their construction materials are selected to reduce background interference, aiming for consistent and high analyte recovery. Available in a range of formats from 1 mL to 150 mL, the columns typically contain 50 µm media suitable for various international protocols. A specific 30 µm media version is produced to align with the parameters of EPA Method 533. While optimized for PFAS analysis, these columns are also applicable for extracting other compound classes, including pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, extractable petroleum hydrocarbons, mycotoxins, and acrylamide. This makes them a tool for laboratories focused on food safety and environmental monitoring. The columns can be used with manual procedures or integrated into automated sample preparation systems.
