Description

The Evair RL series from DriSteem provides industrial-grade moisture removal for commercial and manufacturing environments. Operating on a refrigeration cycle, these units draw in humid air and cool it over an evaporator coil, causing water vapor to condense and drain away. The resulting dry air is then warmed by a condenser coil before being released back into the space. This cycle repeats until the desired humidity level is reached, at which point the system shuts off until reactivated by its controls. Available in a range of capacities, the dehumidifiers can remove from 70 to 710 pints of moisture per day under standard conditions of 80°F and 60% relative humidity, with a stated accuracy of ±5% RH. Suitable applications include food processing plants, breweries, manufacturing facilities, and storage areas where controlling humidity is critical to prevent condensation, mold growth, and damage to materials or sensitive equipment.
