EG353 Series High-Stability High Voltage Power Supplies
Manufacturer: Advanced Energy Industries, Inc.
SKU: EG353
Description
Advanced Energy Industries' EG353 series consists of high-voltage power supplies engineered for applications where output stability is critical. These units are commonly used to supply power to the electron optics in scanning electron microscopes. The supply provides multiple isolated outputs: a main accelerator output rated at -30 kV (conditionable to -35 kV), a +10 kV extractor output, a -1 kV suppressor output, and a current-controlled 5 V heater supply. Performance specifications for the accelerator channel include low output ripple and high stability, rated at less than 1.6 ppm and 10 ppm, respectively. System control and monitoring are managed through a digital interface with a graphical user interface, utilizing fiber-isolated RS-232 communication. The units are available in modular or 19-inch rack-mount configurations and comply with RoHS and CE directives. The design allows for the integration of additional grounded output modules for system expansion.
