EdgeGARD e3 HF Horizontal Flow Clean Bench

Description

The EdgeGARD e3 HF is a horizontal laminar flow clean bench manufactured by The Baker Company. It is engineered to deliver a controlled, particle-free environment for processes sensitive to non-viable particulates, including electronics manufacturing or preparing sterile media plates. The unit generates a unidirectional, horizontal flow of HEPA-filtered air that moves across the entire work surface, carrying contaminants away from both the workpiece and the operator. A full-faced HEPA filter combined with a first air diffuser ensures uniform laminar airflow distribution. The HEPA filter meets the EN 1822 H14 classification, demonstrating a minimum efficiency of 99.995% at the Most Penetrating Particle Size (MPPS). Integrated LED lighting illuminates the workspace. The clean bench is available in several standard widths: 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 feet. Corresponding external dimensions range from approximately 1041 mm to 1956 mm in width, with a consistent depth of 775 mm and height of 2070 mm. Its primary function is to protect the work from environmental contamination.
