Description

Engineered for pharmaceutical dissolution testing, the Eclipse 5300 Automated Dissolution Sampler is built to deliver consistent and reliable performance. Its fluid handling relies on precision syringe pumps, and the system is designed with a low internal volume of 4.5 mL. By avoiding traditional valves and rotary pumps, the design intends to lower maintenance requirements and diminish potential carryover between samples. The sampler holds a standard array of 96 samples in 2 mL vials and can collect volumes ranging from 0.5 mL to 15 mL. Sampling speed is adjustable between 8 and 50 mL per minute. Operational control is managed through a color touchscreen interface. A notable feature is the option for a primary unit to operate a secondary 'child' sampler, enabling concurrent, independent sampling from two dissolution vessels. An integrated filter changer is available as an optional accessory to automate filtration during the collection process.
