EBO Debinding Furnace

Manufacturer: Verder Scientific

SKU: EBO

Description

The EBO Debinding Furnace is a specialized thermal system for removing binders from components, such as those manufactured via powder injection molding. It operates at a maximum temperature of 150°C using a water-based heating system within a double-walled chamber, which promotes strong temperature uniformity at low operating ranges. An integrated rear ventilator ensures active gas circulation for enhanced thermal homogeneity. The furnace can be configured to run under an inert nitrogen atmosphere. Safety features include an automatically locking front door to prevent accidental opening during operation and a dual-stage gas afterburner designed to combust volatile organic compounds produced during the debinding process. The unit is available in two standard chamber capacity sizes.
