Description
The EA1000AIII is a benchtop EDXRF analyzer designed for rapid RoHS compliance screening of Pb, Hg, Cd, Cr, and Br. It features automatic calibration selection, fully qualitative and quantitative analysis using empirical and standardless (FP) calibrations, optional thin film/coating thickness analysis, and sample observation with a color CCD camera. Handles solids, liquids, and powders with an optional 12-position sample changer.
