Description
DeNovix's DS-11 Series is an integrated instrument that performs both UV-Vis spectrophotometry and fluorometry. It is designed for rapid, microvolume quantification of biomolecules like nucleic acids and proteins. For UV-Vis analysis, the system uses a pulsed xenon flash lamp and a 2048-element CCD array detector, achieving a wavelength accuracy of 0.5 nm. Fluorescence measurements are enabled by UV, blue, green, and red LEDs along with a photodiode detector. The instrument requires only 1 µL of sample for UV-Vis readings. It incorporates real-time measurement optimization technology and is built as a maintenance-free device, eliminating the need for routine recalibration. Data connectivity is provided via Wi-Fi, USB, Ethernet, and email export. The series includes several models: DS-11, DS-11+, DS-11 FX, and DS-11 FX+.
