Distek ezfill+ Dissolution Media Heating, Degassing and Dispensing

Description

The Distek ezfill+ is a dedicated system for preparing dissolution media, aiming to reduce common preparation errors. It automates the heating, degassing, and dispensing of media, with a dispensing volume range from 250 mL to 1000 mL. Temperature is controlled via a cartridge heater, which can raise media temperature by up to +20°C from its starting point. A high-vacuum system provides effective deaeration, and an in-line heater helps expedite the process, resulting in a typical cycle time of approximately 90 seconds. Operation is managed through a built-in touchscreen controller without requiring an external computer. The system can store methods to ensure consistent preparation and generates reports for data integrity. With compact dimensions of 31 x 26 x 70 cm (12.25 x 10.25 x 27.5 in), it is suitable for bench use or can be made mobile with an optional cart. It is also compatible with media formulations containing up to 2% surfactants.
