Description

This integrated system from Verder Scientific combines a dissolution apparatus with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for pharmaceutical analysis. It supports semi-automated workflows that are compliant with USP, EP, and JP pharmacopeial standards for Apparatus 1, 2, 5, and 6. The configuration allows users to choose between online and offline analysis. In an online setup, samples are automatically transferred to the HPLC for real-time analysis during the dissolution run. For offline operation, samples can be collected for later chromatographic processing. This dual capability provides flexibility for comprehensive dissolution profiling, which is critical for quality control and drug release studies in pharmaceutical development.
