Description

Digital Pulse Mixers from Glas-Col are microprocessor-controlled shakers capable of both pulsed vortexing and orbital mixing. The speed is adjustable across a range of 150 to 1500 rpm, with a multi-function timer for process control. The platform utilizes an orbital motion with a 0.070-inch offset and can hold various labware, including tube racks, well plates, and reactor blocks, accommodating tubes up to 150 mm (6 inches) in height. The drive plate and top are protected with chemical-resistant foam. Select models, such as the DPMH12 and DPMH24, include a heated top that can reach 140°C. The unit has a maximum load capacity of 10 lbs and external dimensions of approximately 16 x 18 x 17 inches (WxDxH). A USB port allows for optional PC control using LabNetix® software, enabling management of multiple units from one computer. Available models include 099A DPM12, DPM24, DPMH12, DPMH24, VC4014, and VC6014.
