Description
The CYTOLOADER from Hudson Lab Automation is an automation accessory that interfaces a flow cytometer with robotic plate handlers like the PlateCrane EX or SciClops models. Its primary function is to automate the loading of samples from microplates or tubes, enabling extended, unattended operation of the cytometry system. This integration creates a continuous workflow for plate-based assays, reducing manual intervention and increasing throughput. The system is designed to handle sample volumes of 125 µL, with a processing throughput ranging from 12 to 60 µL per minute. It accepts samples from 96-well plates or from 1.2 mL and 1.5 mL tubes, and is optimized for cell concentrations between 10 and 500 cells per microliter.
