Description
The CytoFLEX nano is a specialized flow cytometer configured for the analysis of nanoparticles and extracellular vesicles, addressing the sensitivity challenges of studying very small particles. It is capable of detecting polystyrene beads as small as 40 nm when using violet side scatter triggering. The instrument measures across 12 total parameters, which include 6 fluorescence channels and 5 side scatter channels. To accommodate limited sample volumes typical in nanoparticle research, it operates at a significantly lower flow rate range of 1 to 6 µL per minute. It accepts 5 mL and 1.5 mL sample tubes and has a footprint measuring 59 cm wide, 50 cm deep, and 44 cm high.
