Cytobank Premium Software is a cloud-based analysis platform for flow and mass cytometry data, offered under a shared cloud license model suitable for principal investigators and smaller research groups. It provides a collection of integrated tools for advanced data processing, including automated gating, clustering algorithms like SPADE and FlowSOM, dimensionality reduction, and predictive biomarker analysis using CITRUS. The software is instrument-agnostic, supporting FCS data files in versions 2.0, 3.0, and 3.1. Its DROP feature allows the import of additional numerical data from comma, semicolon, or tab-delimited text files. The web-accessible interface enables users to manage, archive, and analyze data remotely, facilitating collaboration through secure sharing and simultaneous editing of experimental setups. Organizational features such as Sample Tags and an Experiment Manager assist in handling large collections of data files.
