Cytobank Enterprise Software is a cloud-based platform for analyzing, managing, and collaboratively working with cytometry and other single-cell data sets. The enterprise license provides a private, dedicated cloud instance, which is structured for larger teams in institutional, biopharmaceutical, or clinical research settings. The software accepts flow cytometry standard (FCS) files in versions 2.0, 3.0, and 3.1 from any flow or mass cytometer. Its DROP module can also import numerical data from text-delimited files using commas, semicolons, or tabs as separators. Analytical capabilities include automated population gating, clustering algorithms such as FlowSOM and SPADE, dimensionality reduction techniques, and biomarker discovery via the CITRUS tool. The platform aims to standardize analytical workflows, minimize subjective bias, and process large data volumes using cloud-based parallel computing. It enables secure, web-based real-time collaboration through shared experiments and protocols.
