Description
The CytKick Max Autosampler is an upgraded accessory for the Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer, offering broader sample compatibility and increased throughput. It handles standard and deep-well 96-well and 384-well plates, foil-sealed plates, select custom plate formats, and tube racks for 1.5 mL or 2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes. A notable feature is a boost mode that accelerates processing times; for instance, a complete 96-well plate with a 20 µL sample volume can be analyzed in roughly 22 minutes under defined parameters, compared to approximately 42 minutes in standard operation. The unit provides passive cooling for 96-well U-bottom plates and tube racks. It is supplied with an accessory kit containing cooling plates, tube adaptors, and a dongle key. Similar to the standard model, it includes automated cleaning functions and uses aspiration for sample mixing.
