CytKick™ Autosampler

Description

Designed as an accessory for the Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer, the CytKick Autosampler automates sample introduction from microplates. It is compatible with 96-well and 384-well plate formats, including deep-well plates, eliminating manual tube transfers. The system incorporates a probe designed to reduce sample carryover, which is specified at 0.5%, and to lower the potential for clogging. To ensure consistent sample quality, it performs aspiration cycles to mix the contents of each well prior to analysis. Users can switch between analyzing samples from plates or standard tubes without needing to physically reconfigure the instrument or run additional calibration. An automated cleaning cycle is initiated when the cytometer is shut down. The autosampler operates through the existing cytometer's computer interface and does not require a separate dedicated controller.
