Description

The Cytek Aurora CS System combines spectral flow cytometry with cell sorting in a single platform. This instrument uses full-spectrum detection and spectral unmixing technology to analyze cells labeled with multiple fluorescent markers, even those with overlapping emission profiles. It can then physically sort highly defined cell populations based on this complex, high-parameter analysis.
