CW-800M CO2 / Water Analyzer

Description

The CW-800M analyzer is a fractional analysis instrument capable of determining carbon and water content in distinct stages during a single analytical run. It is an enhanced version of the standard CW-800 model, featuring a modified furnace system that allows for rapid temperature changes. Users can program up to five specific temperature levels with individual hold times, with the furnace capable of reaching 1000 °C. The atmosphere within the furnace can be switched between oxygen for combustion and inert gases such as nitrogen or argon as needed for the analytical method. Detection is handled by two independent infrared cells that measure evolved carbon dioxide and water vapor. This instrument is used for the analysis of a range of materials, including cement, lime, gypsum, ores, soils, minerals, slags, and waste products.
