This starter package bundles the Countess 3 Automated Cell Counter instrument with an initial supply of essential consumables for cell counting workflows. The package includes the main counter unit (Catalog Number AMQAX2000) along with one reusable glass counting chamber and 500 disposable plastic slides. These slides are pre-loaded with trypan blue stain, which is used to distinguish non-viable cells in a sample. The instrument performs brightfield imaging and automated analysis of a 10 µL sample loaded onto a slide, reporting cell concentration and viability metrics.
