Description

This microplate is designed for high-resolution imaging assays and utilizes a half-area 96-well format. It combines a black COC (cyclic olefin copolymer) frame, which is treated for tissue culture, with a clear glass bottom substrate. The black material helps reduce fluorescence crosstalk and background signal, while the glass provides optimal optical clarity for microscopy. The wells are uniformly coated with Fibronectin, a glycoprotein that promotes strong cell adhesion and can influence cellular behavior such as spreading and migration. This pre-coated surface is ready for immediate cell seeding, facilitating workflows for high-content analysis. Ten plates, each with a lid, are included per case.
