Description

Engineered for high-content screening, this microplate uses a half-area 96-well design to reduce reagent consumption. The plate structure consists of a black frame manufactured from tissue culture-treated cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) and a clear, flat glass bottom. This black/clear configuration is intended to lower background fluorescence and optical interference during automated microscopy. Each well is pre-coated with Collagen I, an extracellular matrix protein that supports the attachment and growth of many adherent cell types. The product is supplied in a case containing ten individually packaged plates, each accompanied by a lid to maintain cleanliness prior to use.
