Description

This 96-well microplate is configured for cultivating and analyzing cell spheroids. Each well has a round-bottom geometry and is coated with an Ultra-Low Attachment surface. The coating consists of a covalently bonded hydrogel that minimizes cellular attachment, promoting the consistent formation of free-floating three-dimensional cell clusters. The plate is constructed with black side walls to limit fluorescence signal interference between wells and a transparent bottom to facilitate microscopic observation and imaging-based assays. Supplied sterile and with a matching lid, the plate is ready for use in applications like high-content screening, spheroid viability assays, and long-term culture studies.
