COMET ™

Description

The COMET platform by Lunaphore Technologies is an automated instrument for spatial biology analysis of whole tissue sections. It operates using the company's Sequential Immunofluorescence (SeqIF™) method, which enables highly multiplexed protein detection in situ. The system can process panels of up to 40 markers in a single automated run, mapping protein expression and cellular interactions within their native tissue architecture. This capability supports scalable and reproducible high-throughput studies for research areas such as immunology, oncology, and neuroscience, facilitating spatial phenotyping in drug development and basic research.
