Description

The CO395Flex Certification Oven, manufactured by KIN-TEK Analytical, is a compact, standalone unit used to maintain permeation tubes at a precise and stable temperature. With external dimensions of 9 inches wide, 5.25 inches deep, and 8 inches high, it occupies minimal bench space. The oven typically accommodates gas flow rates that can be adjusted up to approximately 100 cubic centimeters per minute. Its primary function is to house and thermally equilibrate permeation tubes, thereby eliminating the lengthy stabilization period typically required after a temperature adjustment. This capability is useful in calibration laboratories for ongoing accuracy verification through weight-loss measurements, as well as for rapid deployment in field applications where analyzer calibration or troubleshooting is needed, significantly reducing setup time.
