Description

The CellInsight CX7 Pro is a high-content screening system offering flexible imaging modes, including widefield and confocal optics. It is equipped with a back-illuminated sCMOS camera that features high quantum efficiency and cooling. The platform supports seven-channel fluorescence imaging, five-channel brightfield for colorimetric analysis, and seven-channel confocal imaging. It utilizes Olympus X-line objectives and includes software-based autofocus. Compatible with SBS-standard microplates and slides, the system is designed for integration with automated plate handlers. Instrument control and analysis are centered on HCS Studio software, which provides real-time analysis capabilities and a library of bio-applications. The platform is configured to address a broad spectrum of cellular assays and is compatible with common fluorescent detection reagents.
