CelCulture® Touch CO2 Incubator with High Heat Sterilization

Featuring a touchscreen interface, this CO2 incubator is built around an advanced decontamination system using a 180°C sterilization cycle to address microbial contamination in sensitive cultures. Parameters are managed via a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen designed for gloved operation. The system includes data logging, with performance records exportable in CSV or PDF formats through a USB port. Environmental stability is supported by a direct heat and air jacket design for uniform temperature and a reported recovery time under five minutes after door opening. An internal blower accelerates humidification and deactivates when the door is open. Contamination control measures comprise an in-chamber ULPA filter, antimicrobial coatings on surfaces, and gas inlet filters, collectively contributing to an ISO Class 5 clean environment. The chamber interior has a rounded, seamless construction to aid cleaning. It is available in two sizes: the CCL-170 model with internal dimensions of 505 x 535 x 633 mm and the CCL-240 model measuring 595 x 640 x 633 mm internally.
