Verder Scientific's CDHT Coal Drying High Temperature Oven is a specialized instrument for conducting drying and loss-on-drying analyses in coal and coke testing. It is capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 200°C and features a chamber with a capacity of 450 units. Uniform temperature distribution and efficient moisture extraction are achieved through a forced air circulation system. This system utilizes two centrifugal fans to drive a horizontal airflow pattern across the workspace via internal ducts and guides. Moist air is actively exhausted through dedicated ports and replaced with fresh intake air. The oven is equipped with durable, mineral-insulated metal-sheathed heating elements. Available configurable options include cascade control, programmable segment output, a temperature alarm relay, an audible alarm, a built-in thermocouple, and a digital temperature indicator compatible with Type K thermocouples.
