Eppendorf North America's CCCadvanced FN1 motifs Cell Culture Plates offer a ready-to-use, synthetic surface for cell culture that is free from animal-derived components. These plates are engineered to facilitate the stable expansion and directed differentiation of various stem cell types, such as human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs). They are also applicable for culturing primary cells and other eukaryotic cells whose growth depends on an extracellular matrix (ECM). The defined surface chemistry eliminates the variability and extensive validation often required with traditional coating reagents like Matrigel, while also reducing preparation time and potential contamination.
