Agilent Technologies' Cary Eclipse is a fluorescence spectrophotometer engineered for comprehensive luminescence analysis. Its operational range spans from 200 to 900 nanometers, employing a xenon flash lamp as the excitation source. The instrument is configured to conduct measurements in fluorescence, phosphorescence, chemiluminescence, and bioluminescence modes; switching between these analytical methods is accomplished through software, eliminating the need for physical reconfiguration.
