Description
The RephiLe C24/45 NuZar system is a water purification unit that generates Clinical Laboratory Reagent Water (CLRW) directly from a potable water source. It is configured for use as a dedicated bench-top supply or as part of a larger distribution network for clinical analyzers, with a maximum daily output of up to 1000 liters. The system is available in two flow rate configurations: 24 liters per hour or 45 liters per hour. It produces water with a resistivity greater than 10 MΩ·cm at 25°C, with performance typically reaching over 16 MΩ·cm. Common applications include the dilution of clinical reagents and samples, rinsing automated medical instruments, cleaning reaction cuvettes, supplying water to probe washers, and feeding temperature-controlled incubator baths. System features include continuous water quality monitoring, extensive data logging with automatic backup, and contamination control measures such as automatic RO membrane cleaning and sanitization using UVC LED lamps. Consumable components like the RO Pack are equipped with RFID tags for usage tracking and are designed for front-service replacement. The unit, which includes an integrated tank, has dimensions of 491 mm wide, 422 mm deep, and 624 mm high.
