Description

The C.WASH PLUS is an integrated microplate washer and dispenser that employs centrifugal force for tipless washing. It supports a broader range of microplate formats than the standard model, including 96-, 384-, and 1536-well plates, making it suitable for higher-density assay workflows. The system is designed for automated processing in immunoassays and cell-based applications. Reagent dispensing is handled by one of two interchangeable heads: an 8-needle head for volumes greater than 10 µL or a 16-needle head for volumes greater than 5 µL. The rotor operates at a speed range of 5 to 3500 rpm, with a maximum acceleration/deceleration rate of 2000 rpm and capable of generating up to 450g of force. The instrument's compact footprint measures 410 mm in width, 615 mm in depth, and 300 mm in height. Its tipless operation is intended to reduce plastic consumable waste in the laboratory.
