Designed as a comprehensive automation platform, the C.STATION system handles the end-to-end workflow for developing stable cell lines. It is applicable to monoclonal antibody production, as well as gene and cell therapy research. The process encompasses single-cell cloning, clone expansion, and the selection of high-producing candidates for scale-up. The system's UP.SIGHT technology provides verification of clonality with a probability exceeding 99.99%. Automated titer quantification is performed to facilitate high-throughput screening. Operation is managed through two software packages: Green Button Go for scheduling system tasks and C.STUDIO for detailed colony analysis on a Windows-based interface. The unit is a substantial floor-standing instrument, with dimensions of 3500 mm wide, 1200 mm deep, and 2400 mm high, and a weight of 1500 kg. The platform aims to deliver a consistent, hands-off process with integrated data tracking and imaging review for a complete audit trail.
