Description
CYTENA's C.SIGHT is a benchtop instrument for the label-free isolation of single mammalian cells. It is applicable for generating clonal populations in cell line development and related research. The system can dispense eukaryotic cells ranging in size from 5 to 40 micrometers into 96-well or 384-well microplates. Processing times are estimated at roughly 5 minutes for a 96-well plate and 15 minutes for a 384-well plate. Clonality is verified via integrated brightfield imaging, providing visual documentation for each well. The instrument has a compact footprint, with dimensions of 600 mm in width, 400 mm in depth, and 240 mm in height. User-defined dispensing patterns can be configured through the accompanying software interface.
