Description

The Transferpette Electronic is a multichannel pipette, available in 8- or 12-channel formats, designed for use with multiwell plates. It spans three adjustable volume ranges, enabling accurate liquid handling from 0.5 µL to 300 µL. The pipette is engineered to accept nearly all brands of universal tips, including filter and flexible tips; distinctive V-rings on the tip cones help reduce the force required for tip attachment and ejection. It provides five programmable operating modes: standard pipetting, reverse pipetting, multi-dispensing, sample mixing, and a specialized gel mode for controlled dispensing during electrophoresis. A key maintenance feature is the autoclavable manifold, which can be sterilized independently of the electronic handle to maintain calibration integrity. Individual tip cones are also user-replaceable in the lab. The ergonomic design, featuring an adjustable finger rest and soft-touch controls, has received independent certification for user comfort and ease of operation.
