BRANDTECH Scientific's Dispensette S Trace Analysis bottle-top dispensers are constructed for high-purity applications, including trace analytical procedures where minimizing sample contamination is critical. They employ a floating piston design intended to create a near-zero-wear seal with favorable sliding properties. Optimized internal channels aim to simplify priming and enhance dispensing consistency, especially for larger-capacity units. The dispensers are offered in analog, digital, and fixed-volume versions. Design features include a discharge tube available with or without a recirculation valve. The construction avoids extra sealing rings to facilitate cleaning. A safety valve is integrated into the replaceable discharge valve assembly, and an olive-shaped filling valve ensures a tight connection for filling tubes. Analog models have a scalloped adjustment track to securely lock the selected volume.
