Description

The Dispensette S series comprises bottletop dispensers for accurate liquid handling. These instruments are designed to mount directly onto standard laboratory reagent bottles. They are available in several models covering a volume range from 1 mL to 100 mL, with options for analog-adjustable, digital, or fixed-volume dispensing. A key mechanical feature is the floating piston design, which creates a sealing system intended to minimize wear and provide smooth operation. The internal flow channels are engineered to facilitate easier priming and dispensing, particularly for larger volume units. Design elements include a discharge tube available with or without an integrated recirculation valve and an olive-shaped filling valve for secure tubing attachment. The construction aims to simplify cleaning and maintenance by eliminating additional sealing rings. Analog models feature a scalloped track to secure the volume setting. A replaceable discharge valve includes a safety valve component. These dispensers are developed for routine laboratory tasks requiring repetitive, precise delivery of liquids.
